1. Weekly parking lot & grounds trash pick up starting at $35 a week.
2. Monthly parking lot & grounds trash pick up starting at $40 per time a month.
3. One-time parking lot & grounds trash pick up at $50. This is an on-call service and is billed hourly.
4. Trash Out Services, yes we can normally facilitate a home clean up or trash out after an eviction.
