Weekly clean-ups are best for busy parking lots where trash can build up quickly.  Monthly clean-ups are most appropriate for smaller parking lots with minimal trash build-up.  One-time services are usually best for lots that just need a quick clean before/after an event, or possibly after the winter season where melted snow has left behind trash debris.
